Compulsion Games is back with a sneak preview of South of Midnight's combat

Among the promising games coming to Xbox in 2025 is Compulson Games' original South of Midnight, an action-adventure title that has us battle strange creatures that draw inspiration from the South American mythos.

To end the year on a high note, the dev studio is back with a short gameplay video focusing on the battles. The heroine, Hazel, will use her weaving powers, to be upgraded as the adventure progresses.

The protagonist will get to push, pull, dodge and paralyze her enemies during the various encounters.
