Nintendo may announce the Switch 2 earlier because of the recent leaks

According to an analyst, Nintendo may be forced to adjust its announcements schedule following the ever-growing leaks surrounding the Switch 2.
We just got some images of supposed prototypes and even accesories for the new console, revealing a design pretty close to that of the current Switch, though slighty larger. New features include magnetic Joy-Cons and an extra button on the right Joy-Con.
According to Serkan Toto, an analyst specializing in the video game industry, Nintendo could announce the Switch 2 as early as January 2025. This could very well be motivated by the need to respond to all the leaks and the dwindling sales of the current Switch.
Although Nintendo has set itself a deadline of March 31, 2025 to announce the new console, the growing pressure of leaks could make it happen faster.
