Naoe will be Assassin's Creed fastest character yet

In Assassin's Creed Shadows, we'll get to control two different characters: Yasuke and Naoe, each with its own unique gameplay.
The former goes for the kill directly, while the latter focuses on stealth and speed. In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, Creative Director Jonathan Dumont stated that Naoe is the fastest character yet in the franchise's history.
"Naoe’s the fastest Assassin we ever made. She runs super fast, she has a lot of gadgets to keep her stealth so that she doesn't have to fight often. We wanted to satisfy that for players that come in for that ninja-Assassin game."
As for Naoe's story (spoilers beware), we learn that she is on a quest for vengeance and is trying to keep a promise made to her family. She also seeks to make the world a better place. The hidden blade was given to her by her father, and the way she moves is similar to that of "a panther looking at her prey".
