The Plucky Squire gets a simplified for a quickier experience
, by Thibaut
The Plucky Squire came out on September 17 on consoles and PC, and it offers a charming adventure aimed at a vast audience. However, some critics criticised it for its uneven pacing.
The devs have chosen to remedy this by launch a easier mode that reduces the amount of dialogue (without deleting any scenes, mind you) and remove certain things. There are bubble-shaped characters portraits to see who's speaking.
For the rest, the number of automatic saves retained has been increased, and there's an option to restart the current chapter now. A few bugs have also been fixed.
