Activision is requesting the removal of certain content created in Fortnite's Creative Mode 2.0

Thanks to the recently deployed Creative Mode 2.0 in Fortnite, budding creators have had fun reproducing maps from Call of Duty. Needless to say, the result is extremely convincing, which delights the community. However, Activision doesn't quite share the same opinion.

The American publisher has decided to file several DMCA complaints to demand the removal of Fortnite creations inspired by** Call of Duty**. Through its statement, Activision explains that these elements violate copyright policy. Some maps have already been removed by Epic Games and others are expected to follow in the coming days. It remains to be seen whether the two publishers can reach an agreement in the coming weeks.
