Stardew Valley creator is back to work on Haunted Chocolatier

Many fans have been waiting for news of Eric Barone's next game, Haunted Chocolatier. Alas, development had been put on hold as the creator concentrated his efforts on Stardew Valley updates.
But with patch 1.6 available on all platforms, Barone has announced that he is back at work on his next title.
"My next task will be to tweak the existing bones until I’m happy with them, add all the rest of the bones, and then flesh it all out with all the content that will need to be in the game. Yes, it’s going to be a lot of work still, but it’s okay, I’m addicted to the grind."
While Haunted Chocolatier won't see the light of day for several years yet, Eric Barone says he wants to release a complete game, without early access, crowdfunding or pre-order sessions.
