Ubisoft keeps growing its franchises in a variety of formats. While there's a Watch Dogs motive directed by Mathieu Turi and starring Sophie Wilde and Tom Blyth in the works, the franchise's growth doesn't stop there.
There's an original audio series produced by Audible available now. It's called Watch Dogs: Truth and takes place after the events of Watch Dogs: Legion.
Here's the official description:
"Listeners to this gripping story will once again join the fight for truth, guided by the sentient AI Bagley. At the end of each episode, they'll make decisions that will influence the actions of the hacker collective, have a profound impact on the relationships between the characters, and determine the success of the resistance."
"Throughout the series, listeners will have the fate of the city in their hands, as the government's cyber-intelligence force (SIRS) orchestrates a sinister campaign of message manipulation and fake news. DedSec will fight back using its legendary tactics to counter this disturbing misinformation."
This new initiative once again shows Ubisoft's willingness to explore new narrative horizons when it comes to the Watch Dogs universe.
