Half-Life 2 celebrates its 20th anniversary breaking its record of CCU

Half-Life 2 is available for free until Monday November 18, and there's a lot of Steam gamers playing it as of now. The game is currently celebrating its 20th anniversary, and many have chosen to enjoy Gordon Freeman's adventures.

According to SteamDB, the game has broken its record for concurrent users, reaching 64,085 players at the same time. Back on November 15, this stood at just 1,322 simultaneous users.
