Xbox says it is open to further acquisitions

After buying up several studios (Playground Games, Obsidian, Double Fine...) and even publishers (Bethesda, Activision Blizzard), Microsoft may be ready to put its hand back in the wallet.
In an interview with Bloomberg, Phil Spencer made his intentions for future Xbox acquisitions very clear. The CEO wants to focus on "geographical diversity ”, for example, by acquiring companies based in Asia, or more specifically in China. He also wants to acquire another company specializing in mobile games. The acquisition of Activision Blizzard King was already very strategic in this area.
However, Spencer was quick to add that no acquisition is in the offing in the near future. Nor should we expect a new acquisition on the same scale as Activision Blizzard.
