Sledgehammer Games (Call of Duty) possibly working on an “unexpected” game.

Since its creation in 2009, Sledgehammer Games has only worked on the “Call of Duty” saga, and was the lead developer of “Modern Warfare III” (2023).
However, the U.S. company, which employs more than 600 people, could be getting ready for a surprise. According to a LinkedIn post that has since been deleted, an “unexpected” game is under production at Sledgehammer. This mysterious title is said to be powered by Unreal Engine 5.
While it's impossible to know what it might be about, some insiders believe it will be related to the “Halo” saga.
