Contrary to what was said, the Silent Hill 2 remake is not ready yet

Recently, the head of the Polish studio Bloober Team, Piotr Babieno, seemed to announce that the development of Silent Hill 2 was entering its final stretch. However, Konami has not given any release window since the announcement of the remake last October.
This week, in a statement posted on social media, the game developers came to provide customer service. We learn that the information which reported that Silent Hill 2 was "technically ready" was actually incorrect due to a translation error. Bloober Team, however, does not provide any new specific details on the progress of production.
Finally, the studio reminds us that only Konami, the title's publisher, will be able to communicate information regarding the release date of the remake.
