The new Lenovo Legion Go models could feature AMD's Ryzen Z2
, by Quentin
Lenovo has submitted three new Legion Go portable consoles to the EEC (Eurasian Economic Commission), and the company has made no secret of the fact that it has been working on these for several months now. Today, we bring you some rumors about which APUs could they incorporate.
Indeed, with AMD's Ryzen Z APUs due to be updated soon, some suggest that Lenovo's next handhelds could come with the following chips:
- Legion Go S 8ARP1 (RP/Rembrandt?) – Ryzen Z2G
- Legion Go 8AHP2 (HP/Hawk Point) – Ryzen Z2
- Legion Go 8ASP2 (SP/Strix Point) – Ryzen Z2 Extreme
The hypothesis of three different versions of Ryzen Z2 is gaining credibility, which could justify the launch of three new Legion Go systems, including the "S", which would be the famous "Lite" we've been talking about for several weeks.
Once again, AMD has been the subject of many rumors and leaks as of late, so we recommend that you take them all with a grain of salt.
