Former Disco Elysium developers found two new studios

Last February, studio ZA/UM confirmed the cancellation of more Disco Elysium content and the layoff of 24 people. This week, those former employees have decided to found two new studios.

First, we have Longdue Games, working on a kind of spiritual sequel to Disco Elysium. The new studio has already managed to secure funding for its first narrative title with RPG elements, and they have former developers from Rockstar Games and Bungie on board.

Finally, on the other side, there's the British company Dark Math Games, which brings together around 20 former ZA/UM employees. They too are at work on their own investigative RPG, XXX Nightshift, and they have revealed a new video from its game.
