Reminder! Wii U and 3DS eShop versions close on Tuesday, March 28th
, by Thibaut
It's a page that will soon be turning at Nintendo. In just a few hours, the Japanese manufacturer will definitively close its online store for Wii U and 3DS. Thus, from March 28th at 2:00 am (Paris time), it will no longer be possible to purchase games and other additional content for these machines via the eShop. Of course, players will still be able to download their previous purchases without any constraints.
Moreover, several Wii U titles only available in digital format will disappear forever. These include Dr. Luigi, Pokémon Rumble U, Chasing Aurora, and Mini Mario & Friends: Amiibo Challenge.
On 3DS, the list of titles that will vanish is extremely long. Note also that games for virtual consoles can no longer be purchased.
