Blue Protocol closes its servers on January 18 without even coming to the West

Already available in Japan and expected later this year in the West, the online action-RPG by Bandai Namco, Blue Protocol, is sadly saying goodbye soon.

The publisher has announced that it will be closing the servers on January 18, 2025, and development will come to a halt. That means that you can kiss the Western version by Amazon Games goodbye, too.

In their press release, the devs have simply stated that they were unable to "provide a service that satisfies all of you."
