According to a Chinese manufacturer, the RTX 5060 "laptop" will consume less power and feature GDDR7

Rumors about the next generation of NVIDIA GPUs grow by the minute. Today, it's the Cinese manufacturer Hasee that is the source of this new info.

It seems the laptop version of the RTX 5060 GPU will have a TGP of 115, compared with the 140 W of the RTX 4060, and all while using GDDR7 memory. What's more, performance should be in the same ballpark to that of the RTX 4070.

This new range of GPUs is due to be announced at CES 2025, so we'll have to wait a little longer to know more.
