Lars Gustavsson, the former general manager of the Battlefield franchise, has created his own studio

Following the tumultuous development and launch of Battlefield 2042, Electronic Arts underwent a major restructuring within the Swedish firm DICE last year. On that occasion, several iconic figures from the studio had more or less decided to leave, including Lars Gustavsson, the former creative director of the famous FPS franchise.

This week, we learned that Gustavsson has founded a brand new studio. TTK Games is a Stockholm-based company. It should be noted that "TTK" refers to "Time to Kill". The studio could thus focus on shooter games.
