Battlefield 2042 welcomes update 9.2.0

The announcement comes as no surprise, as there were rumors about it last week. Battlefield 2042 has finally received its 9.2.0 patch on consoles and PC.

It adds new weapons and vehicles and, of course, fixes bugs. The Iwo Jima map is also included in this update.

As for weapons, players can now use the KFS2000 assault rifle and the Lynx sniper rifle. On the vehicle side, we find the A10 Warthog and SU-25TM Frogfoot aircraft.

Finally, a new free Battle Pass is available until October 7, 2025. It features 60 levels of cosmetic rewards.
