Sony says PlayStation VR2 was designed for PC compatibility from the outset

In a recent interview, Sony talked at length about its VR headset, the PlayStation VR2. It has taken several months for the headset to be compatible with PC, so you'd have thought it would have taken a lot of effort for the devs to adapt it to our computers.
This doesn't seem to be the case! According to Sony, the PlayStation VR2 has been designed for PC compatibility from the outset, with the dev teams thinking about adapting it to PCs right from the design phase.
