Cities: Skylines 2 for console has been delayed once again

Things aren't looking up for Cities: Skylines 2. The game has been heavily criticized for being marred by bugs at launch, but it seems the city simulator for consoles is going through development hell.

The PS5 and Xbox Series versions are still a long way off. Until now, the target launch date had been October 2024, but this is no longer the case.

The devs have announced yet another delay, this time without a new release date. It seems the game does "not yet met the stability and performance targets we set for the console release", and there are concerns about the game's experience. Clearly, there's still a lot of work to be done here.
