Sony has deleted heavily edited interview with Neil Druckmann

Last week, Sony posted on its website an interview with the current president of Naughty Dog. In this interview, Neil Druckmann mainly praised the studio's next game. However, the man himself quickly expained that his comments had been taken out of context.

Faced with such a great communications slip, the Japanese company has chosen to delete the interview altogether. In a statement, Sony referred to "several important errors and inaccuracies" before apologizing.

"We have found several significant errors and inaccuracies that don't represent his perspective and values (including topics such as animation, writing, technology, AI, and future projects). We apologise to Neil for misrepresenting his words and for any negative impact this interview might have caused him and his team. In coordination with Naughty Dog and SIE, we have removed the interview."
