The Intel Sierra Forest Xeon 6E technical specifications have been leaked

Intel has suffered a leak about its future processor, the Intel Sierra Forest Xeon 6E.
According to this, it will feature the impressive config of 144 cores spread over two dies, for a total of 288. It would also support 32 DIMMs of DDR5 and use socket LGA 4677, with a TDP of up to 350 W and 88 lanes for PCIe Gen 5.
In addition, the processor is said to feature 144 E-Cores, 144 threads and a base frequency of 2.20 GHz. When it comes to cache memory, the chip has 180 MB.
