7 Days to Die leaves early access in June
, by Thibaut
In early access since December 2013, the open-world FPS with survival-horror, RPG and tower defense elements will finally get a proper release. Studio FunPimps has confirmed this in a video about Alpha Exodus, which is the name given to version 1.0 of 7 Days to Die.
At the time of this change, which will take place in June on PC and in July on consoles, the game will also see its price rise to $44.99 and leave Xbox Game Pass.
Naturally, the game will get some new content, such as new animals, completely redesigned vehicles, a challenge system, new accessories, graphical improvements, better overall optimization and much more.
The devs are also planning regular additional content with, for example, dynamic weather, outfits and crossplay during Q4 of 2024. There's more to come throughout 2025, such as an event system, a new quest type, a story mode and Steam Workshop support.
