Electronic Arts denies having cancelled Dead Space 2 Remake
, by Thibaut
Earlier this week, we learned that EA Motive would be forming a new team to help with the development of the next Battlefield. At the same time, the Quebec studio is also working on the Iron Man game.
Journalist and insider Jeff Grubb made a surprising statement on Wednesday, stating that EA Motive is also working on those two projects. He added that Dead Space 2 Remake had entered production, but ended up being cancelled due to the poor sales of the 2023 remake of the first Dead Space.
However, a spokeperson for the American publisher has denied this info to IGN website: "We don't usually comment on rumors, but this story is totally unfounded."
