Destiny 3 could be in development under the codename Payback

Bungie may soon be closing the page on Destiny 2. The american studio will soon be bringing Marathon and another project codenamed "Payback".
This information comes from Forbes journalist Paul Tassi, who that it was Destiny 3 that could be hiding under the aforementioned code name. Tassi is relying on an old rumor published on Reddit, which stated exactly the same thing.
In this message posted on the forum some time ago, the person also mentioned the arrival of "Prismatic Doctrine" in Destiny 2. This feature, which allows players to combine different skills, was made official this Tuesday by Bungie during the presentation of the Final Shape expansion.
We can therefore assume that the part of the message referring to the codename of Destiny 3 could also be right on target.
