Several devs from the original trilogy are leading Mass Effect 5 teams

The next Mass Effect for consoles and PC is still way off, as BioWare is currently working on Dragon Age: Dreadwolf. However, it seems this fifth entry is in good hands.

The executive producer and director of Mass Effect 5 has confirmed that several devs from the original trilogy are working on the game, and that they occupy leading roles such as art director, creative director and more.

It's safe to assume that Mass Effect 5 will have plenty of references to the first three games.
