Digital Foundry states that we shouldn't expect FPS to double on the PlayStation 5 Pro

If you're used to keeping up to date with upcoming console news in the industry, you'll know that very often we're confronted with conflicting info from media outlets and insiders around the world.
This week, it's the highly reputable media outlet Digital Foundry that's trying to clear the air and set the record straight. According to them, the PlayStation 5 Pro will not double framerate performance, contrary to what many rumors would suggest.
They believe that the performance improvement will be mainly due to the addition of upscaling technology developed jointly with AMD. As far as VRAM and bandwidth are concerned, it seems that we should find similar characteristics to those of the current PlayStation 5.
