Following MSI and Asus steps, Gigabyte has extended the warranty for their QD-OLED displays to three years

Gigabyte joins MSI and ASUS in their decision to extend the warranty on their QD-OLED displays to three years.
This initiative is designed to offer some peace of mind to their customers, because despite the many qualities of OLED technology, it also presents some potential drawbacks if not used with care.
Because OLED pixels are made of organic materials, they can suffer from luminance imbalances and afterglow problems. Manufacturers are well aware of these shortcomings, which is why they have decided to extend their product warranties to reassure consumers of the follow-up and durability of the equipment on offer.
