PAYDAY 3 will get an offline mode

Times are hard for PAYDAY 3, which is still failing to hold players back. Repeated bugs and a lack of new content have taken their toll on the popularity of the game.
Despite this, Starbreeze is not giving up, and has finally promised some major new features, including an offline mode. In addition, matchmaking will be reworked, artificial intelligence revised and a single-player mode and a quick-play option will also see the light of day.
As far as the single-player mode is concerned, it will initially be possible to bypass the matchmaking queue, but connection will still be mandatory, though this requirement will be withdrawn at a later date.
