Square Enix to absorb Tokyo RPG Factory (Lost Sphear, I am Setsuna)

Today we learn that the Japanese publisher will permanently absorb Tokyo RPG Factory, a studio founded in 2014 and specializing in traditional role-playing games.
This Square Enix subsidiary will cease to exist as a separate entity.
Tokyo RPG Factory developed I am Setsuna (2016), Lost Sphear (2017) and Oninaki (2019).
