After several weeks of waiting, players of Baldur's Gate 3 on Xbox Series X|S will finally be able to download the long-awaited update. This update will, of course, correct the bug that caused saves to disappear.
Starting this Wednesday, January 17, the system patch will be deployed on Microsoft machines. It can be downloaded manually via the console settings tab.
