Tales of Kenzera: ZAU is the next game on the EA Originals label

Electronic Arts will soon be announcing a new game published under the EA Originals label. Keep in mind that it's through this program that titles such as Unravel and It Takes Two have seen the light of day.

Tales of Kenzera: ZAU is being developed by British studio Surgent Studios. According to insider billbil-kun (via Dealabs), it's a 2.5D side-scrolling platformer/adventure game. Visually, the title is said to be close to the Trine license.

The game will feature a young hero with two necklaces that grant him magical powers. It will be possible to switch between the two forms of magic at any time.

Tales of Kenzera: ZAU is due to be made official in early December (probably at the Game Awards) and will be released on April 23, 2024 on all platforms. It will cost €17.99 / $17.99 / £16.19 on PC.
