PlayStation 5 Slim's disc drive installation will require an Internet connection
, by Quentin
The PlayStation 5 Slim is about to be released in November, first in the USA, then in the rest of the world over the following months.
A Twitter user noticed a mention on the back of the box of this new PlayStation 5, indicating that an Internet connection is required to install the disc drive.
Indeed, one of the new features of this PlayStation 5 Slim is the possibility of adding a disc drive to the digital model. To do so, you'll need to pay 119€ for the drive and be connected to the Internet.
