Cities Skylines II official mod support won't be available at launch

Expected to be released on October 24 on PC (and next year on consoles), Cities: Skylines II will lack an essential feature at launch.

Indeed, publisher Paradox Interactive has confirmed that official support for mods will not arrive until later after launch. Quite a misstep, really, given that the first game ended up having over 333,000 mods created by the community.
