Diablo IV will have annual expansions

In an interview with Dexerto, Rod Fergusson, head of Diablo, shared information about their future plans for Diablo 4.

During the interview, he clearly expressed his desire to have the game live for a long time. According to him, the launch of the game and its first season are just the foundation on which they wish to build the future.

In his words, the plan is to have an expansion every year, as well as seasons every quarter. The second season of Diablo 4, entitled "Season of Blood", will launch on October 17.
