Nintendo has patented several of Link's abilities in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom

As we all know, Nintendo does everything in its hand to protect its work. The Japanese giant has gone so far as to register patents to secure certain aspects of The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.
For example, the "Fuse" power, which allows you to merge objects in the game, has now been patented. This is also the case for "Ultrahand", which is used to link objects together to create means of locomotion.
The Japanese firm has even filed a patent for the loading screen in Tears of the Kingdom. In other words, Nintendo is protecting its baby well.
