Silent Hill: the remake of the first game is reportedly targeting a 2027 release

Announced in June 2025, the remake of the first Silent Hill could finally be released in the relatively near future. Previous reports suggested that development began in 2022.

Now, the website MP1st reports that the survival horror game developed by Bloober Team could launch as early as 2027. This remake of Silent Hill 1 is reportedly codenamed « Project Noise ». Additionally, details have also leaked regarding the cast.

Actresses Gabrielle Fritz and Jade Matthew are said to be involved in the project. Fritz has appeared in the series FBI: International (2023), the film Instinct (2022), and the game Battlefield 2042 as Maria Falck. As for Jade Matthew, she has made a name for herself in the series Ellis and Pure.

Of course, all of this should be taken with a grain of salt until Konami makes an official statement.
