Tim Sweeney urges players to stay hopeful about Mediatonic's Fall Guys

Last August, Fall Guys celebrated its sixth anniversary. Since being acquired by Epic Games in March 2021, the multiplayer game has been losing steam. However, a prominent figure is urging players to stay hopeful.

In a post on X, Tim Sweeney, Epic’s CEO, first denied the rumor that Disney had acquired the studio Mediatonic. He then teased a "huge overhaul" for Fall Guys.

"Not so, but don't give up on Fall Guys. There's a huge retooling underway that will make new things possible."

It remains to be seen what all this will entail.
