Final Fantasy VII Revelation will run in 4K at 60 FPS on PS5 Pro

After detailing the display modes on the standard PS5, Square Enix has discussed the graphics performance of Final Fantasy VII Revelation on the PS5 Pro. Sony’s console will deliver the ultimate console experience!
PS5 Pro players will have access to an exclusive Versatile mode. It will combine the benefits of the Performance and Quality modes found on the standard PS5. The RPG will then be capable of running in 4K at 60 FPS.
Naoki Hamaguchi, the director of Final Fantasy VII Revelation, spoke on X about the performance achieved on the PS5 Pro.
"On PS5 Pro, by leveraging PlayStation Spectral Super Resolution (PSSR), we have implemented a mode that delivers both 4K image quality and 60 FPS gameplay. For players who want to enjoy REVELATION with both enhanced visual fidelity and smooth performance, I believe PS5 Pro will be one of the recommended ways to experience the game."
Final Fantasy VII Revelation is expected on April 8, 2027.
