The new Wallet Credit loyalty program for PlayStation seems to have leaked

Back in July 2025, Sony discontinued the ability to earn points for its PlayStation Stars program. The program allowed users to redeem PSN gift cards and other virtual rewards. The last points earned must be used by November 2.

Now, the Japanese company appears to be on the verge of announcing a completely revamped loyalty program. In fact, users have noticed the appearance of something called Wallet Credit, which takes the form of a sum of money added to a fund after making a purchase on the PlayStation Store.

For example, a user revealed on Reddit that they received $10 after purchasing The Blood of Dawnwalker. This offer was also available for Halloween: The Game, Resonance: A Plague Tale Legacy, Star Wars Zero Company, and others.

We don’t know when PlayStation will comment on this matter or whether “Wallet Credit” will be rolled out outside the United States.
