XBOX's Platinum award could be called "Mythic"
, by Thibaut
Microsoft is currently working on a feature that has been highly requested by its community. Unlike PlayStation and its Platinum trophy, XBOX does not offer an ultimate achievement that unlocks once all other achievements in a single game have been earned.
Recently, Asha Sharma stated that her teams were working on this feature. Gears of War: E-Day could be one of the first titles to feature it. Now, Raymond Cox, who is the first user in the world to reach 1 million Gamerscore in 2014 (and then 2 million in 2018), has shared a little tidbit on the matter.
Cox discovered a new category of achievements on his console. It’s called Mythic Achievements Earned. This suggests that the Xbox Platinum achievement could be a Mythic. Take this information with a grain of salt until the name is officially confirmed.
