Microsoft could sell its cloud gaming division in the UK

The American giant is to resume talks with the CMA with the intent to reach an agreement for its takeover of Activision Blizzard in the UK, and so the brand is prepared to make a major concession. Since the competition authority feared a problem of competitiveness in the field of cloud gaming, all this may result in an effort regarding this sector.
According to Bloomberg, Microsoft is considering selling the rights to its cloud gaming division in the UK. The sale could be made to a company specialising in telecommunications, computing or games, but a private equity firm would also do the trick.
