Naughty Dog co-president Evan Wells to retire at the end of the year

Evan Wells joined Naughty Dog in 1998. In 2005, he was promoted to co-president of the studio alongside Frenchman Christophe Balestra. The latter was then replaced in 2017 by Neil Druckmann, director of The Last of Us (with Bruce Straley).

Today, the Sony-owned studio has announced that Evan Wells will be retiring at the end of the year. He will be leaving Naughty Dog after 25 years of loyal service on games such as Crash Bandicoot 3, Jak & Daxter, Uncharted and of course The Last of Us.
