AMD is expected to raise the prices of the Radeon GPUs by 10% this August

As the prices for NVIDIA graphics cards are set to rise by 30%, AMD is expected to follow suit, following the stepts of its main competitor.

According to Channel Gate (via VideoCardz), AMD has reportedly informed its AIB partners that a price increase of at least 10% for its GPUs will take effect this August. The company had apparently already set the new prices in July but delayed their implementation due to low demand and insufficient inventory.

While nothing has been confirmed yet, NVIDIA and AMD are therefore expected to pass these increases on to the retail prices of their graphics cards.
