Castlevania: Belmont's Curse will only run at 30 FPS on Switch

This October 15, Castlevania: Belmont's Curse will be released on PS5, Xbox Series, PC, and Switch. Thus, Nintendo's console will get the 2D action-adventure game at the same time as the other platforms.

While the game will run at 60 FPS on Sony and Microsoft consoles as well as on PC, this will unfortunately not be the case on Switch. Konami has confirmed that the hybrid console will be limited to a frame rate of 30 frames per second.

It’s also worth noting that Castlevania: Belmont’s Curse will take up 4 GB on the Switch, compared to 8 GB on other platforms. For its part, the Midnight Edition will be 6 GB on Nintendo’s console and 10 GB on other platforms.
