PlayStation and Arc System Works took the stage at San Diego Comic-Con to make an announcement regarding Marvel Tōkon: Fighting Souls. The game is set to release on August 6, 2026.
In addition to the introductory cutscene, we learned that Phoenix Cyclops will be the first character available as DLC as part of Year 1 content. This version of the famous X-Men character is inspired by his appearance as part of the Phoenix Five in Avengers vs. X-Men.
Furthermore, the devs have joined forces with Insomniac Games to create a special outfit based on the video game Marvel's Wolverine, which is set to release on September 15. Finally, don’t forget that the open beta will take place on PS5 and PC from July 24 to 26.
