The final details for the Steam Machine could be announced as early as late June

We are still waiting for the latest information regarding the Steam Machine. Although it is expected to launch sometime this summer, the console still does not have a specific release date or price.
According to the “Steam Hardware Update” Twitter account (which is not affiliated with Valve), testers are currently receiving Steam Machines and Steam Frames. Pre-orders could open between June 22 and 30. The embargo on testing is reportedly set to be lifted on June 23.
The Steam Machine test kit is said to include the console, a Steam Controller, and two mounting brackets. Note that it is not yet certain whether a controller will be included directly in the machine’s retail package.
Of course, this information should be taken with a grain of salt for now.
