Rise of the Ronin, a PS5-exclusive ARPG, to be released in Q1 2024

Off the radar since its announcement in September 2022, Rise of the Ronin is back on the news this week. Exclusive to the PS5, Koei Tecmo's action-RPG is back in the spotlight thanks to renowned insider The Snitch.

We have learnt that Rise of the Ronin will be a sort of cross between Assassin's Creed, Ghost of Tsushima and Dark Souls, with several difficulty modes available. In terms of content, players will have access to skill trees, Ubisoft-style side quests and romances, and will be able to collect numerous items that reveal details about the game's universe.

At launch, Rise of the Ronin will feature a performance mode and a second mode dedicated to graphics quality. Finally, the release date is set for the 1st quarter of 2024.
