Meta launches a subscription-based service for users of Quest headsets
, by Thibaut
Game Pass has truly been a trendsetter. This week, it's Meta's turn to announce and launch their own subscription service, which is aimed at all owners of Quest 2, Quest Pro and the future Quest 3 headsets.
For $7.99 a month or $59.99 a year, Meta Quest+ subscribers will receive two "free" games on the first of each month. The brand promises access "a combination of VR’s biggest hits, hidden gems, and back-catalog classics."
The first two titles added in July are Pisto Whip and Pixel Ripped 1995. In August, it's the turn of Walkabout Mini Golf and Mothergunship: Forge. Once added to the library, these games will remain accessible at all times with an active subscription. The first month is only $1 until July 31.
