Compulsion Games (South of Midnight) is recruiting for a new IP

South of Midnight released on Xbox Series and PC back in April 2025, and is coming to PS5 and Switch on Tuesday, March 31, 2026. In addition to this port, Compulsion Games is also working on a new project.

On LinkedIn, Joe Palin, the founder of the Canadian studio, has posted job openings. There are several positions available, including a lead gameplay programmer, an engine programmer, and a senior level designer.

In the job descriptions, Compulsion Games mentions the creation of a "brand-new, fascinating, and intriguing intellectual property". Thus, following Contrast, We Happy Few, and South of Midnight, the studio will soon release a fourth new title.
